List of scars
Scar one: An operation when I was two.
Scar two: An unfortunate collision with a counter in Chickenfeed when I was 10.
Scar three: A hungry wallaby keen on the food in my hand at Lake St Clair at about the same age.
Scar four: Uncle Scar, when I was about 11. Very scary.
Scar five: A concrete burn from an ambitious attempt to defeat my friend in a sprint at school in my early teens.
Scar six: Being told I was ugly and couldn't sing at 14 (emotional scar). I believed this for a number of years before the evidence to the contrary proved overwhelming ;)*
Scar seven: An accident involving concrete, soccer boots, and an ill-advised back-heel when I was 21.
Scar eight: Missy Higgins, The Sound of White and 'Scar' got a lot of airplay during a strange and tough time when I was 23.
*Just a little bit of healthy ego there, nothing to worry about ;) heh heh heh!
