Super sexy

This is a sad story. Mostly due to incompetence, but sad still. This guy? Was named People magazine's sexiest athlete of 1998.

Yeaaaaah. Look, maybe 1998 wasn't a great year for hot sexy athletes, sure. But it wasn't this bad. Not to diss the guy, but he's not exactly The Poo.

This is Elvis Grbac, one of the quarterbacks for the Kansas City Chiefs. The People photographer was told to go and get a shot of the KCC's quarterback (Rich Gannon), although apparently they didn't mention his name. So the photog got a shot. Of one of the Kansas City Chiefs' quarterbacks. It was the wrong one.

No one had the heart to go back and tell him that they had taken the pic of the wrong guy... so they ran with the story anyway. Poor bloke.
