This is a bit of a non-story, but I love the illustration they used. I wonder if that image was available or if News Ltd got a model in to mock it up. Nothing sells a story in a tabloid like a scantily-clad woman.
In other news, Israel is still kicking it Gaza-style. I'm not really sure what their plan is. They clearly don't want to occupy Gaza, as that hasn't worked. I think they're just trying to kill every top ranking Hamas official and they'll tell the remaining inhabitants "start again". Israel is copping more flak over this every day, but I hope they stay strong. They're legitimately attacking a terrorist force on their borders. Where's the condemnation for the factions in the Congo, Sudan, Zimbabwe, Zaire, Haiti?? Where are the thousands of articles a day written about the murders, the use of systematic rape as a weapon of war, the forcing of children into armies? Instead we get thousands of words a day about Big Bad Israel attacking Gaza (aka lawfully defending its citizens). I guess it's because Israel is a Western democracy, with laws, elections and Israeli Idol. Or perhaps it's racism? I mean, "we expect that stuff from the Africans, but Israel shouldn't do that". Who knows?
In even other news, Microsoft is bringing it with Windows 7. Vista was a bit of a let down, but Windows 7 is going to take it to
a whole nother level. Keep an eye out for it. It'll be what we're all using instead of XP for the next few years. (Except for people on Macs, who will have their computers inserted into their bodies so they can better define their identity by the type of hardware they own).
