But what's the real advice there? In my opinion, it's this:
"Don't care what other people think of you. This will help you enjoy life immensely."
And it's true. The less you care about what people think of you, the more enjoyable life is.
People who are comfortable with themselves, who don't worry about other people's opinions, and who are at peace with what they believe tend to be the happiest, most content people.
And isn't that what most of us want?
