That is Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, with his daughter Liv Tyler on the right, and another daughter Chelsea Tallarico on the left. As you can see, Steven himself is quite a strange looking guy. Somewhat uber-tanned and with a weird jaw. His daughters, on the other hand, look fantastic.
I understand that their mothers were probably stunningly gorgeous models. But they sure got genetically lucky.Ivanka Trump is another one.
She could have turned out looking like The Donald. Instead she looks a bit more like her mother (with some of the The Donald's better features). That said, the pair of them did look quite attractive when they were younger.I wonder if there are groups of ugly celebrity children out there, who didn't strike the genetic jackpot? I guess we never hear about them.
A few random things:
- A Dad in New Zealand has been fined $1000 (NZ dollars, so about $38 Australian) for punching a 24-year-old man who was romancing his 13-year-old daughter. He had already been to the police and family services and got no help. A meeting with a church pastor seemed to settle the issue, but then the guy showed up again. This is pretty ridiculous. The man was protecting his child.
- Computers made from bacteria can now crack mathematical problems... perhaps this will be our only hope when the robot revolution inevitably comes.
- And a five-year-old boy plays Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison Blues. Yes, he shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die.
