Could this hand-made baby rattle BE any cuter? I am always on the lookout for new online boutiques from which to find lovely fashions and accessories for little princesses and every once in a while I come across an absolute gem and this is one of them - The Baby Gardner - Vintage Inspired Originals for Little Ones. The Petit Bebe Soft Baby Rattle is definitely inspired in it's engineering (loving that they stuff a soft baby sock and then sew in a couple of little jingly bells for a sweet ringing sound ) and those embroidered eyelashes are so cute. A perfect and unique gift for a newborn princess - this online boutique is a definite 5 stars from me. We have been waiting a while now to see more of little Emme Maribel Muniz and here she is. WHEN MY ASHRAF WAS DIAGNOSED AS......

Just because of high fever when my ashraf was 6 months,now he's having a HEARING PROBLEM!!! Yupp,my baby ashraf cannot hear anything when we talk to him,calling his named or asking him to do sumthing or take sumthing. Mmg as a mother,aku sedih gak la but i must be strong utk terima semua dugaan from Allah SWT! 

so today me and hubby went this shop called THE HEARING SOLUTIONS located at Brickfields!! this place jual all types of hearing aid,and at the same time ada buat test for people yg ada hearing problem. my ashraf pun ada buat hearing test,and the test was sound like a BEEP sound but mmg klu normal hearing mmg bingit sgt but my ashraf still no response. From low frecuancy to highest frecuancy but my ashraf still no giving any response. Kalau dh smpai 2000htz pun aku and hubby yg boleh rasa bingit smpai berpinau mata tp ashraf masih lgi dlm keadaan sama. 

bila dh buat test but still sama gak,NO RESPONSE so the doctor suggest us utk buat operation for ashraf to put they call it CHOCLEAR IMPLANT utk letak dlm saraf telinga cuz my ashraf nyer saraf dlm telinga almost 90% of it dh rosak so the doctor told us klu using the hearing aid pun takkan bantu ape2. 

Now the main thing was MANA NK DAPATKN RM65000 for the operation???!!! WOWwW,mmg byk and of course masa aku dgr doctor ckp cost nk buat operation pun mcm nk pitam je bila terbayang byk sgt kosong2 tu kt rm65k. So buat masa skrg ni nk kena try mintak bantuan from health ministry tp klu boleh nk la secepat yg mungkin sbb my ashraf tgh nk belajar skrg so takut ganggu pembesaran dia. 

sampai sini je so sape2 yg dh baca, alhamdulillah sbb ada gak yg sudi membaca my story about ashraf and how i feel about him!!!!

65 Roses Day - Cystic Fibrosis

Today is 65 Roses Day - a day of national awareness for the debilitating condition cystic fibrosis. This cause is close to my heart as I had a friend pass away from this genetic condition 15 years ago. Due to advancements in medical technology, the life expectancy for a person with CF is now in the mid thirties, however my friend made it to her late thirties, which at the time was amazing, along with the fact that she also gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, which was such a wonderful miracle back then as well. The lovely story behind the name "65 Roses" is that of a little boy who had a sister with CF and could not pronounce her condition properly, instead telling people his sister had "65 Roses". Why I never see the movies I want to see

I mentioned on the air today that I really wanted to see the movie Drag Me To Hell when it comes out this weekend, and that I haven't seen X-Men Origins: Wolverine, Terminator: Salvation or Star Trek yet, even though I really want to. But I did see Angels & Demons this week.

Then I got this email from listener Adam in Green Bay:
So, you chose to go to "Angels and Demons" over "Wolverine" or "Star Trek"? I think you lost some man points there. I've seen the two latter movies, and may see the former on disc. Not to sure, I was a huge fan of the book, and normally find it disappointing to watch the movies. Wolverine and Star Trek were awesome. You should really see them.

Thanks Adam. Yeah, I've lost some man points. But any guy who's married has probably had the same conversation that my wife and I had earlier this week:

Me: "Hey, let's see a movie tonight"
Her: "Sure, what's out"
Me: "What about Wolverine?"
Her: "Uh, no."
Me: "Star Trek is really supposed to be awesome."
Her: "I have no desire to see that."
Me: "Terminator Salvation?"
Her: [rolls her eyes]
Me: "How about Dance Flick?"
Her: "What??"
Me: "Just kidding. Angels and Demons?"
Her: "OK."

This is why my Netflix queue has over 200 movies in it. And why I probably won't actually see Drag Me To Hell this weekend. Oh well.

I have always thought that Spam was a bad thing to eat, which is meat in a can. Well now you can pack all kinds of goodness into a can in the form of a cheeseburger. I can't tell you it is going to taste like one, but who knows, it may. Why on earth would you need this? A Wendy's, McDonald's, or Burger King is all of what, 5 minutes away from us at all times?
