Liquid Lunch Drink of the Day: Bud Light

Since the Xmas Bash is tonight, today's Liquid Lunch Drink of the Day is the official beer of the WAPL Xmas Bash: Bud Light.

Available in bottles. Available in cans. Available at Waverly Beach tonight at the Xmas Bash.

At least until all you crazy drunks drink it all.

Liquid Lunch Drink of the Day: Brandy Egg Nog

Brandy Egg Nog
2 oz. Brandy
Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp. Sugar

Shake with ice and strain in a tall highball glass. Garnish with nutmeg.

Liquid Lunch Drink of the Day: Amaretto-Cranberry Kiss

Yield: Makes 8 cocktails

The tang of the cranberry juice is balanced by the smoothness of the amaretto and vodka.

Ingredients
2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
1 cup vodka
1/2 cup amaretto
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
Ice cubes
Clementines, peeled, separated into segments


Preparation
Mix cranberry juice, vodka, amaretto, and orange juice in pitcher. Cover and chill until ready to serve. DO AHEAD: Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.

To make 2 drinks, fill cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Pour in scant 1 cup vodka mixture. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 Martini glasses. Garnish each with clementine segment. Repeat 3 times with ice cubes, remaining vodka mixture, and clementine segments.

Liquid Lunch Drink of the Day: Pumpkin Pie Shots

Rock Against Hunger Food Drive going on today, so let's serve up some Thanksgiving themed Pumpkin Pie shots.

Drink Ingredients:

• 1/4 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
• 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
• 1/2 oz Irish Cream

Drink Preparation:

• Slowly layer the ingredients in the order listed above into a large shot glass.
