so it close coming around again with lots of auditions already done for x factor 2010, it is just a matter of the start date for x factor this year, but one thing that looks the same or for certain is the return of the regular x factor judging panel with simon cowell, louis walsh and cheryl cole but there are doubts on whether dannii minogue will return to the x factor judging panel for x factor 2010.

it looks like mel b of the spice girls fame "scary spice" might be filling in for dannii minogue, or at the least while dannii minogue is recovered from pregnancy and comes into the show after missing the auditions.

though it would probably be a year out for dannii minogue, if she cannot make it for the start of the x factor 2010 series, well before the series starts but the all important auditions.
