the judges look to be pretty much the same for the x factor 2010 with loius walsh, simon cowell, cheryl cole and probably though not certain judge danni minogue will be there, it was rumoured dannie minogue was taking time out to have a baby so might be a change in the x factor 2010 singing contest judging panel there.
