No matter what I do, I can't seem to give 100% of my concentration on my geography assignment. I was meant to punish myself by staying at the library for a whole day so I can at least get some work done. Turns out that didn't work either. I ended up having a fun day and talking with two people who were supposedly studying for their School Certificate- Jennifer and Andrew. I reckon that even if they weren't there, I still wouldn't have any work done. Every five minutes a thought would come up, like 'Hey, what the hell is that 30 year old guy doing at this time of the day watching Mulan on his laptop?', or 'I think I know that person... they look so familiar. Argggghhh where are they from?' or,
'I'm hungry.' Well you can't say I didn't try doing work, because I did, even with their presence. All I ended up doing was fill half a page... using dot-points.
Anyway, I'm not much of a trend follower, partially because I'm lazy to see what the fashion world is up to, and partially because I'm not some upper-class socialite who actually has the money to buy whatever they want. So I bought all these fabrics for under 10 bucks (woohoo!) My mum's cool enough to help me create the clothes I want. It'll take a while but it will be fun and it will be worth it.
Being the lazy and impatient person I am, I made this skirt in my spare time yesterday. Not exactly the best but it's still wearable. I didn't even bother creating a proper template, nor measure myself properly. I based my measurements on what it was last year while people were making my 'Oliver!' costume. Turns out my estimations are really off, but it doesn't matter since the fabric is stretchy.
Anyway, I can't stop listening to Maroon 5- Stutter! I'm pretty amazed that I didn't like it the first time I heard it.
