competition 2011 in the future due to x factor being staged in so many different countries now.
you could have each individual country send a winner from there competition to compete against each other in a world grand final of the x factor shows each year to be x factor world champion.
bit like a x factor world cup in a way with each country's individual competition winner competing against each other, i think x factor is in these countries now (THIS X FACTOR WORLD COMPETITION IS JUST A IDEA OF COURSE).
and good luck if you audition for x factor 2011 regardless of what country you are in, with all the talent out there it is a big achievement just to qualify and get on one of these x factor shows, there are so many people that apply to be on the x factor, that the world wide figures of people filling in x factor application forms and applying to the x factor each year must be in the millions!.
and the people watching the x factor 2011 worldwide might be in the 100's of millions that can be why it is so difficult to get a ticket to watch the x factor live shows, as there are so many x factor fans worldwide trying to do the same thing, and probably a ticket to a x factor final will be like gold dust to get hold of.
all these countries could send there winning act of 2011 to compete in a x factor world competition of sorts at the end of 2011?, there might even be more countries then i have found then this list as well.

countries without the x factor show could send contestants to a special x factor auditions 2011 contest so that they can compete to get into the main competition at the end of 2011, or just go straight into the contest in 2011, or send in videos like application forms of there songs to x factor 2011 world competition to see if they can get into the x factor 2011 world competition. (this is just a idea of course not really happening)

The X Factor is a television talent show franchise originating in the United Kingdom, where it was devised as a replacement for Pop Idol. It is a singing competition, now held in various countries, which pits contestants against each other. These contestants are aspiring pop singers drawn from public auditions. The programs are produced by executive producer Simon Cowell and his company Syco TV). The "X Factor" of the title refers to the undefinable "something" that makes for star quality. The prize is usually a recording contract (in addition to the publicity that appearance in the later stages of the show itself generates, not only for the winner but also for other highly ranked contestants).
The format creator is Simon Cowell who also judges and mentors on the UK series. The UK version is responsible for the launch of the internationally successful singer Leona Lewis. As of November 2010, there have been 45 winners of The X Factor around the world, the most recent being Italy's Nathalie Giannitrapani. Television stations in many countries, but especially the Scandinavian ones, have expressed an interest in showing the UK version but have not been able to acquire the rights. This due to legal issues as the British version of the show is only available in the UK and Ireland. The X Factor is currently in the seventh series. In 2010 voters in Ireland were able to vote with phone lines being published on www.xfactor.ie and the tv3 website.
The format of the show is different from its competitors such as Idol as instead of an act been solely judged by the judges, the finalists are mentored by a judge. Each judge is assigned a category and then aids the contestant with song selection and styling, whilst the judge also judges the contestants of the other categories.

[edit]Disputes and controversies
Pop Idol creator Simon Fuller claimed the format of The X Factor was copied from his own show and through his company 19 TV filed a lawsuit against The X Factor producers FremantleMedia, Simon Cowell, and Cowell's company Syco.[4] A high court hearing began in London in November 2005, the outcome awaited with interest by media lawyers for its potential effect on the legal situation regarding the copyrighting of formats. However the hearing was quickly adjourned and a settlement was reached out of court at the end of the month.[5]
The Danish version of The X Factor has been criticised by Danish music contract expert and consultant for The Danish Musicians' Association (Dansk Musiker Forbund) Mikael Højris. According to Højris, the contracts for participation in the show are unfair for participants and almost amount to serfdom to DR1 (the channel airing the show) stating that clauses in the contracts forbid the participants - whether they pass the first round or not - from performing or participating in any other musical event for three months. He also criticises that participants are obliged to travel at their own expense.[6]
In the UK, performers' union Equity has referred to the fact that contestants are not paid as "cheap exploitation".[7]
